Sept 12, 2011:  Rick Perry is the leading Republican candidate with 32%.  And he believes the "solution" for a drought is to pray.   Have not enough people been praying for the economic crisis of the world to end, 9/11 to have never have happened, children to be well fed in Somalia, and maybe a little damned peace in this world(i could go on and on)...  What's the quote about falling on deaf ears? Vote for Rick Perry and we can all "talk" to "ghosts" for the next 4 years!!  Actually, let's do that.  Let's pray and do nothing else and let's see what happens.
